I am so happy to share these images with you of beautiful baby Annabelle. Early on in the pregnancy, her parents learned that she suffered from a genetic condition called Trisomy 18 which is usually life-threatening, often before birth. It is no doubt a holiday miracle that Annabelle was born alive, and has even been able to go home and enjoy her first Thanksgiving with her family! Although Annabelle may have only had such a short time here on Earth, she has touched my heart and changed me forever. I hope you are as moved by her story as I am!
